Homecoming is right around the corner and we have all the 411 right here!

Spirit Week:
9/9 Monday: Wear your favorite team jersey
9/10 Tuesday: Wear Crazy Socks
9/Thursday: Wear your uniforms

Homecoming Pep Rally: Thursday
This is a jam packed fun filled evening! Note this is a longer than normal practice day (we can be here as late as 8:30pm). All football players and cheerleaders will need to wear their uniforms. Timeline below:
6pm – 6:30pm | Normal practice/walk thru
6:30pm – 7p | Parents vs. Coaches Game (sign up at the Hut)
7p | Pep Rally Begins
Cheerleaders will be performing a homecoming routine for the football players and fans! Don’t forget to show your spirit!
Following the Pep Rally we will announce our Homecoming Princes and Princesses. Ending the Pep Rally – players and cheerleaders will be allowed to purchase a pie to pie the football and cheer coaches in the face! Each pie is $1.
Concessions will be closed and we will have a Food Truck! So come hungry! This is a great time to invite your aunts, uncles, grandma, grandpa, and all the people to support your players and cheerleaders.

Homecoming Game Day: Saturday
This day is one for the books! Come support Kanawha and enjoy all the fun activities we have in store for you!
Games start at 4pm which means all activities will start at 4pm!
Activities available:
-Bounce House (a guardian must be present)
-Kona Ice
-Concessions
-Vendors
-Spirit wear for sale
-Homecoming Hollers | $1 write a message to your player/cheerleader/coach to be read over the loud speaker during their game
-50/50 Raffle | $5 | Announced at the end of the last game, the winner will win half of the pot of money. (Ex. Pot is $150, winner receives $75) (Does not have to be present to win)
-Raffle Baskets | each team put together a basket to be raffled off and winner announced after the last game. (Does not have to be present to win)
$1 = 1 ticket | $5 = 6 tickets | $20 = arms length

—8u cheer | fun for all
—10u football | gift card basket
—10u cheer | girls just wanna have fun

For all items that cost we will take cash, credit and tap to pay. All proceeds go towards Kanawha! This is not a day you want to miss! Invite the whole crew and make a day of it!

In other news, we are in need of volunteers! Please make sure you sign up to volunteer during game days! Specifically Homecoming takes more volunteers than a normal game day. Also stay tuned into TeamSnap for a Friday night practice update.
