Please take a few minutes to read this full update — lots of important information!

📲 TeamSnap Posts & Communication
• We post updates in both the chat and under the “Posts” tab on TeamSnap.
• Posts do not send a push notification, but they are emailed at the same time.
• To find them later, go to Messages > Posts — this is easier than scrolling through the chat.

🚨 Practice Reminders
• A parent or guardian must remain at the field for the entire practice.
This is for safety in case of early dismissal due to weather, injuries, etc.
🔴 There are no exceptions.
• If your child will be absent, please mark it in TeamSnap under Attendance/Calendar and notify your coach.

🏈 Game Day Info
• Our first game is Saturday, August rd at .
• If your child cannot attend, notify your coach ASAP.
• Players and cheerleaders must arrive at least 1 hour early (coaches will confirm exact times).
• Bring water! It will be hot!

Volunteer Reminders:
• Make sure your team’s volunteer slots (clock, concessions, snacks, etc.) are filled.
• We rely on volunteers — one person not doing their part can affect the whole day.

Game Day Conduct:
• No spectators or non-staff are allowed inside the ropes on the field.
• All spectators must demonstrate respectful behavior.

😬 Mouthguard Notice
• Mouthguards must be flat — no protruding or pacifier-style pieces allowed.
